The location was great and right next to the water with a beautiful view from our room and the rooftop bar. You can see the paragliders from the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating and upgraded our room since I am a VIP Expedia member. To top it off they gave us complimentary breakfast to-go since we had an early flight. Overall good experience. If you’re a light sleeper be aware of the DJ that plays at the rooftop bar if you’re on a higher floor. I am a hard sleeper though lol so we were fine.

A decent 4 star hotel. Walking distance to the Kennedy park, some nearby restaurants, but most of them are on the high-end, expecting 100 PEN per person.

The hotel is nice with rooftop bar/restaurant and the room is nice and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast could be improved. Overall it’s great hotel and has great location and safe. I would stay here again when I’m back to Lima.

This was a terrible check-in experience. I just recently finished climbing Macchu Picchu for 4 days without a shower and decent food. Due to a flight delay, I arrived after midnight at the IberoStar Milaflores. The receptionist did not even ask how I was. Just took my passport and gave me my room after explaining amenities I could not even use due to the timing of my arrival. Knowing I had a later flight the next day @11pm, I requested a late checkout and they still could not accommodate me after requesting 3 times over the course a weeks. To make matters worse, their 24 hour kitchen could not even make me a burger or pizza, which are on the menu. Leaving me hungry after not eating for 12 hours. Displeased. Wish I stayed somewhere else. Awful!
