Clean rooms and amenities including Kitchen. They have a nice cafe downstairs. The only downfall I can think about is the cleaning lady showing rude behaviour always.

Convenient location (comes with loud music on Saturday nights pretty typical of downtown life). Big room. Very clean and in good repair (very faint smell of smoke in the room which is hard to get out). Friendly. We will stay here again.

Room was very clean. The shower/bath needs a anti-slip mat for a person who is taking a shower. Without it a person can slip and fall. Thus, hurting themselves.

It’s a modest hotel and a modest price. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice and clean. The fridge had a real freezer which was great for the ice packs. TV worked and ac was great! Best part was the central location that was a 20 minute walk to the brewery or the other end of town. It will be my choice next time I’m in Lillooet for sure

The hotel was old but not too bad. The staff was very helpful. We had to park off the lane at the back which made me a little nervous, but it turned out to be okay.

The room and common areas were adequate for a budget hotel. I noticed they were installing all new fire alarms today. My only grievance was finding dark urine stains on the only bath towel - after I used it. Photo available.. Former guest that needs to drink more water; hotel that needs to inspect linens better!

The staff was very friendly and helpful each time we ask questions. The room was clean though the only thing is that carpet is very dirty with stains. It would be good if the carpet could be thoroughly cleaned to get rid of stains. Or like other places, remove the carpet and replace it with laminated wooden floors.

Staff were very good. Seamless check in process. We needed a place to crash for the night during our motorcycle trip. Room was small but clean and the AC worked very well. Great price for what we needed. I'd have no issue booking with them again.
