upon arrival was told my stay was cancelled and i was supposed to receive a refund i can see this has not been done and they took my money left me stranded at night having to pay extra for a one night in a different hotel

This hotel is basic but is ok. The staff are helpful but I think the place is in need of a refit.

Just stayed one night here for the Rugby and only slept here. It was a clean spacious room and reception let me check in to my room at 1pm. It is ten minute walk to the metro station and Lidl’s is opposite.

Very very tired

This place is the definition of ‘tired’. Faded, threadbare carpets, holes in the plaster and many of the lights don’t work. There is a pervasive smell of stale cigarette smoke which almost masks the stench of blocked drains and mice, but not quite. Can’t comment on the breakfast as I gave it a swerve. But it is cheap and the bedding seemed to be clean.

It’s a budget hotel in a good location on outskirts of Lille with easy access to the main roads and a short walk 5- 7 minutes to metro which takes you into the Center . It’s a little dated and a tad tired could do with a deeper clean . Breakfast was adequate to get you started

Disgusting place

The experience was horrible, the place is disgusting, very dirty, the smell on the place wad disgusting and I paid for two nights, and on the second night I went out for dinner and when back to de place around 11:30pm the front gate for the car was close and the door key didn’t open or work no body was there to attend or help so I have to take the car and go to another hotel to pay for another room horrible experience no recommend and the place should no be promoted that’s no a hotel that’s a place for homeless people to refuge

The property has obviously seen better days, probably a decade or so ago, but if you just want a bed for the night and look passed the tattyness it does a job (and was available and cheap). Shares a site with Comfort Hotel (which looks a much better standard but probably priced as such) and the manager next door recommended not to catch a late metro back as "the subway can be a little rough" (and I'm a 6ft 5 bloke). Don't go there on a honeymoon.

Awful

This was for one night on a long road trip, it was awful. The place stank of people smoking weed, stains everywhere, broken lights, miniature bathroom, noisy people, and the smoke alarms went off at 6am. The only redeeming feature was the staff were ok.

Avoid at all cost - even if cheap

Worst stay of my life! It was full of drug users (taking drugs at the entrance), it stank, it was dirty, there were blood stains, the alarm for smoking went off so so many times the fire guard had to come, my key stopped working, etc. Dangerous area, dangerous people and horrible place to be. Never ever again.

Despite being a non-smoking room there was a stale cigarette smell persostent in the room. The wash basin tap sprayed water everywhere because it didnt appear to have a diffuser on it.

Can't give 5stars as receptionist said No your name is not on the list tonight, thankfully after showing my confirmation email he managed to find me on the system. If you're English like me, there's no kettle in the room to make hot drinks. There was a dispensing machine in the lobby but it was broken on my visit. It's cheap and cheerful, 2 minutes off the ring road, subway station is 10 mins walk away to city centre. And a Lidl literally over the road.

HĂŽtel trĂšs sale avec de la moisissure Ă  plusieurs endroits et des dĂ©chets partout; les dĂ©chets jonchaient le sol devant l’hĂŽtel et les poubelles de l’hĂŽtel Ă©taient cassėes. Pas de prise prĂšs du lit mais une prise moisie collĂ©e au lavabo. La chasse d’eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas, nous Ă©tions obligĂ© de verser de l’eau avec un saladier. La moquette Ă©tait mouillĂ©e autour du lit. radiateur pendait du mur; la vue de la chambre Ă©tait sur des caleçons poubelles et t-shirt sales qui Ă©tait Ă©parpillĂ©s sur le sol dans l’herbe. il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre; Nous n’avons pas osĂ© laisser la fenĂȘtre ouverte la nuit par peur d’ĂȘtre agressĂ© au vu le bruit et des gens autour de l’hĂŽtel qui criaient en pleine nuit; la literie est trĂšs trĂšs inconfortable et totalement Ă  revoir; La dame de mĂ©nage que nous avons croisĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs gentille ce qui remonte la note de l’accueil. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s nous avions l’impression de dĂ©ranger la personne de l’accueil; j’ai demandĂ© si nous pouvions aller et venir sans avoir besoin d’un code et le monsieur qui nous a donnĂ© la chambre s’est moquĂ© de moi en me disant « bah Ă©videment que non vous n’avez pas besoin de code » mais le dernier jour quand nous avons quittĂ© la chambre ĂĄ 6H pour prendre le train nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s enfermĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur sans pouvoir sortir notre voiture. J’ai appelĂ© le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone d’ « urgence » de l’hĂŽtel au moins 6 fois et personne n’a rĂ©pondu; c’est l’hĂŽtel d’à cĂŽtĂ© qui nous a ouvert la porte !!
