I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. "The building and decor are dated and well worn. Beds were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise given most hotel beds in Taiwan are hard and pillows are like rocks. Parking was across the street with a token to exit, but the barrier was open anyway."
