The modern and tastefully furnished living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a kitchen corner with a satellite TV. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove with four gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You will also find a shower and a toilet on this level.

The terraced house is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms.
