Furnished with new furniture and quality materials, the villa has a panoramic terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and a garden. Flat roof: solarium, covered kitchen, table, chairs, sun loungers and external shower. On the mezzanine floor: living-dining room with large opening window overlooking the terrace overlooking the garden and the lush pine forest. Open kitchenette with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave, a bathroom with sink and toilet. First floor accessible via an internal staircase or through the common stairs: a double bedroom with ensuite windowed bathroom and shower/box, sink/bidet/WC, a second bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, another windowed bathroom with shower box. Basement: garage and one reserved outdoor parking space. The house is equipped with: wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, new furniture (2024) and air con in every room.
