The villa is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the eastern branch of Lake Como, in Lierna, in a panoramic and quiet position. In a few minutes by car you can reach the famous Riva Bianca and Punta di Grumo beaches, the lakeside promenades, or the trails that go up to the Grigna. From here it's easy to visit Varenna, Bellagio, the Castle of Vezio or move to Lecco, Como, Milan or Bergamo. Those who love sailing, trekking or simply spending days in nature will find an ideal starting point. In the evening, you can choose whether to dine in one of the typical restaurants in the area or enjoy a dinner with a view on your private terrace .

The villa is on one floor, and is surrounded by a well-kept garden that houses a beautiful infinity pool with lake view. The property is accessed through a private driveway that leads to the double garage, also equipped with charging for electric cars .
Inside, on the left, there is a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. On the right, the main sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In the center there is a large living area, bright and welcoming, with two sofas, a dining table and a beautiful lake view. The kitchen, separated by a large glass door, is fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle) and a comfortable table for breakfast or for working in smart working .
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the internet connection is fast and stable, and every detail - from the finishes to the equipment - has been chosen to offer a living experience of the highest level. Outside, the terrace with lake view is perfect for outdoor lunches or moments of relaxation .
The pool, immersed in the garden largely shaded by a large beech tree, is equipped with a hot shower and a relaxation area with sun loungers.

In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €1.00 per guest per night is applied in the municipality of Lierna .
The tax must be paid before check-in as part of the online registration process. It applies to all guests over the age of 14 , up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights .

Access to the property is allowed only after completing the online check-in , which includes:


registration of all guests,


payment of the tourist tax,


signing of the rental agreement.


The standard check-in window is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM . For arrivals outside this time frame, a €50 surcharge will apply.
If you are arriving within the standard check-in hours, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance , so that our House Manager can meet you at the villa and show you the main amenities.
Late check-ins must be agreed in writing , either via the platform or directly with our office, at least 12 hours in advance , to allow us to properly schedule the House Manager's visit.
Exceptions to the check-in rules may be considered and managed by our team on a best effort basis , depending on availability.
