"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The property is relaxing and peaceful and the best part for us was the breakfast. Everything was freshly made and they even have fruit that grows on the property. They have free bikes to use but most of the places you want to visit can be a bit of a drive so you can rent a motorbike from them. Cant wait to be back!"

"This is such a beautiful place to stay. The setting is breathtaking. Rooms are clean, new, and very comfortable. Love the pool and eating my delicious, fresh meals by the river. The owners are so sweet and welcoming. We booked our tours and scooters through them. They did everything to make our stay so special. I highly recommend staying here."

"This is a hidden gem, it is nestled in rice paddies where you can ride one of their bikes to market in the early morning and see what village life is like. You are central to head to any of the local attractions but then you return to serenity and swim under the stars in their beautiful pool. The rooms are gorgeous with beautiful bathrooms and I had wonderful mountain views goats roaming them included! The staff were so accomodating with late check out and allowing me to use the amenities after a day exploring before I jumped on a night bus. You are not treated as just another tourist but as part of a village. ❤️"

However this seems to be the norm in all hotels here. The location is close walk to the old town. Worth a visit at night. Also the bonus of use of bikes. So were able to cycle into Tam Coc."

"The workers (2 young men) who worked in the reception and kitchen were overly nice friendly and super helpful. The retreat is very beautiful and lust but it’s so far from the Tam Coc main city, very excluded and quiet property. The bungalow we stayed in was nice but small. We stayed in the 1st one of the 3 bungalows in the same section. The AC didn’t work well and the drain in the restroom smell so badly. The balcony to view the pond is nice but so small we didn’t go out there plus it was so hot n humid. The place came w/ free breakfast but the food was just OK even when we had lunch there, it was OK. Ninh Bình is an absolutely city! I fell in love w/ the place and the nature. I will come back again but stay at a hotel closer to the city for easy access and walkable to restaurants and shops."
