price I had to pay in hotel was higher than mentioned in my online reservation, I paid for 2x breakfast, received braefast on sunday, but on monday everything was closed, nobody around, no breakfast, no response on phone

Dikke tegenvaller

We hadden dit geboekt vanwege een lift en een restaurant. Geen van beiden aanwezig terwijl de voorzieningen nog STEEDS Op de site staan. Een kamer op de derde verdieping was dus geen optie voor ons. Na een klacht kregen we een kamer op de 1e etage. Volgens de receptie hadden we tevoren moeten controleren of er een.lift en een restaurant waren. Pardon?

L’accueil était irréprochable, toutes les indications ont été données. LE bémol : notre chambre était située à côté du lavoir et juste en face de l’ascenseur, nous avons été réveillés plusieurs fois en matinée avec les « roll» de draps qui circulaient dans le couloir et qui devaient être sortis de l’ascenseur, ce qui produisait un énorme boucan. Sinon la chambre était correcte, conforme aux images. Merci

Hotels restarant var en dårlig oplevelse.

Vi ankom om eftermiddagen til en receptionist der stod udenfor og røg sammen med kokken. Vi ventede 3-4 minutter inden hun kom og fandt vores reservation og fandt nøglerne. En upersonlig oplevelse. Om aftenen gik vi efter en gåtur i området i hotellets restaurant kl. 20.00. Tjeneren kunne kun fransk og vi kan desværre ikke fransk overhovedet. Sammen med receptionisten fik vi dog bestilt og så ventede vi. Klokken 21.00 kom han og spurgte om vi ville have vores drikkevare - vin til forældre og sodavand til børnene - ja tak det vil vi gerne. Kl. 21.40 går jeg i receptionen og rykker for hvornår maden kommer - hun siger 2 minutter. og 21,45 kommer vore mad. Pastaen var halvvarm - men spiselig. Bernaise sovsen var næsten kold og der blev lavet en ny. Bøfferne var bestilt medium, men var total gennemstegte. Min kone kunne ikke lide bøffen som smagte af lever og jeg var så sulten at jeg spiste den. Tjeneren undskyldte mange gange, men da regningen skulle betales ville han have fuld pris. Vores tilbage melding i receptionen ved afgang næste morgen var ar de nok skulle sige det videre. Så den hygge aften i Liege blev en meget dårlig oplevelse for vores lille familie.

Vælg et andet hotel, billederne er ikke korrekte.

Vi boede der en nat. Værelset var slidt og beskidt. De reparationer der var foretaget, var tydeligvis ikke foretaget af en uddannet håndværker. Vi havde udsigt til baggården, et område hvor der ikke var gjort rent i lang tid. Tvét virker ikke. Vi betalte 10 euro for en nat, for at parkere i et parkeringsareal hvor taget var ved at styrte ned og hvor porten ikke var låst medens vi tjekkede det.

The worst experience we had. The room we booked was this on the picture but they said these rooms were not available and it was expedias fault. The rooms they showed had nothing to do with this. This looks very stylish and nice but the reality is far from this. Stinking, noisy, very worn and dirty.We wanted our money back but the receptionist was not understanding. We had to find other hotel in the middle of night.

Fine hotel for the busy traveller. We stayed only one night on our trip back from Bretagne and wanted a budget hotel of decent quality. This was nicely fulfilled by the Silver Swan Hotel.

Hotel simple, bien pour nuit de passage en ville.

De passage sur Liège, nous cherchions un hotel proche de beaucoup d activités. Nous avons fait le bon choix, simple et propre,pas besoin de plus. Literie tres confortable. On garde l’adresse pour une prochaine fois.
