9/10 とても素晴らしい (口コミ 730 件)
The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. As a traveler from Japan, I really appreciated their warm and helpful service in English, and I never had any trouble communicating with them.
The room was clean and comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay. If I had to mention one small thing, I would have liked the lighting to be a little brighter.
The breakfast was wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pain au chocolat and hot chocolate every morning. So delicious — truly Belgium! I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee service.
The popcorn machine was also a lovely little surprise!
I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belgium. Thank you!
