"This hotel is beyond amazing. I am going back in 3 days to stay for another 3 nights. I did not want to leave. This hotel is only going to get better when they start serving dinner also. They only know how to be the best in each category. This is not chain hotel. This is an experience."

"We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude. The location turned out to be very convenient as well. It is only about a two-minute walk to the tram station, so getting into the center of the city or to any of the major sights was incredibly easy. They also have a good-sized gym and a nice bar on-site. We didn't actually have a chance to use them while we were there, but it was nice to know they were available. Overall, it was a great experience and a very comfortable home base for our visit."

"The reception staff was very helpful and kind, forthcoming and efficient and the rooms were quite nice, orderly and with good linens and a good bathroom. Well positioned, just steps from the museum quarter and Mariahilfe Strasse and even closer to the main public transportation network. The best place/price that I’ve found in this area"

"The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. The biggest disappointment was that the air conditioning simply didn't work, the machinery looked very old and all it did was blow out dust. We were happy to sleep with the windows open but outside the window was a walkway to the fire escape so we felt vulnerable. The building opposite the hotel was once home to Erwin Schrödinger so there was plenty of scope for cat related humour while battling the air conditioning system. "

"The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the room we were in had maybe a 2 inch drop in level to the bathroom floor and it was a constant "toe kicker". Other than that everything was excellent. "

"The hotel is recently remodeled so the rooms are very nice - ours was a little small for two people. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is quiet and has many restaurants. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the historic center. "
