「The staff is amazing」

「Our stay at the palazzo was one of the best stays we have ever had in a long time! The staff and the hospitality they have shown to us was amazing! From the very beginning of our booking until the day we left we were treated like royalty. Caterina always had answers, suggestions, for all our needs. Our breakfast always "yummy" and prepare by the most caring, lovely Laurie! Language was not barrier; you don't need to speak the same language to know kindness. 「We stayed at a room on the top floor. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Wifi worked well. The location was excellent - less than 10 minutes walk from the train station; centre of the town.」

「What we loved about Villa Anna: The Staff: We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful. As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. 「部屋に蚊が良く発生する様で、ベープマットが用意されています（確かに蚊がいました）。 朝はフロントデスクがしまっていて、不便です。」
