Located near the centre of Belgium’s famous book village, the house combines forest surroundings with relaxed indoor comforts that make it especially easy to settle in for a few days without feeling rushed. Mornings usually begin quietly on the terrace before the village cafés open, while evenings drift between the heated swimming pool, sauna, fireplace, and long dinners outside once the surrounding streets become still again. Sleeping up to nine guests across four bedrooms, the property works especially well for families wanting outdoor space alongside practical comfort.

The fenced garden, boules court, massage shower, and shared recreation spaces create enough variety for slower afternoons at the house, particularly after hiking or cycling through the surrounding Ardennes countryside. Indoors, central heating, party games, and cosy communal areas keep the atmosphere warm and relaxed throughout the stay.

Restaurants, bakeries, and second-hand bookshops in the centre of Redu are only 100 to 200 metres away and are best explored slowly rather than rushed through in a single afternoon. Mudia Museum sits within around 2 minutes on foot and combines classical art with interactive exhibits designed for all ages. The River Lesse flows approximately 1.5 km from the property for riverside walks and kayaking routes, while Euro Space Center can be reached in roughly 5 minutes by car.

The heated private swimming pool is open from mid-March until the end of October.
