"The Customers Service was Awesome!!! From the Front Desk when we checked in to the greetings we received everyday to the day we checked out. Our Room was Great with the view of the River. The coffee in the morning was a special touch that we loved. The Hydraulic Bar was Great from the Drinks to the Food and the Awesome Service! We really appreciate having to use of the fitness center at the Spooky Nook. We will be Back! Thanks to The Staff at Hotel and the fitness center!!!"

"Great service at check in, I pre-checked in, so it made it go so fast. Remodeled rooms, ours had the lpl flooring, which I like better than carpet. Coffee, Tea available all day, a nice lobby with a few seats to relax while waiting for room. Nice options for breakfast to allow you to be full."

"We found this hotel late in the evening off the hotel.com app while traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio. We got to the hotel late (midnight) but Jasmine (front staff) was very efficient at getting us checked in and provided us each with a nice complimentary water bottle. The beds were very comfortable and we literally stayed until check-out time to catch up on some much needed rest. They have great blackout curtains and the large bathroom and beautiful shower was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room. Sounds like Hilton renovated this historic hotel about 7-8 months back. Also, the soaps have a scent that appeals to men, which was nice for my crew. I would certainly stay again. "
