He closed the breakfast area early before 10:00 or at least started removing the items and wouldn’t return the bagels, didn’t refill the waffle batter and didn’t refill cranberry and apple juice. This was done at 9:30-9:45. We complain the front desk clerk went and returned the bread but not the bagels. 」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional.
