Close to EKU and downtown Richmond. Very nice space to stay and relax in.

Pleasant stay

Second floor apartment was a cozy space. The small shared back yard area was nice, it was fenced in and had a dog clean up post for cleaning up after your dog.

cute little apartment

We stayed here to attend a funeral in Richmond. It isn't disabled friendly, so it would have been nice to know that it was a second story apartment in the listing. Parking was on site, which was a big plus. The furniture is very soft, which is welcoming but also easy to get stuck in. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the bottled water in the refrigerator. The live plants everywhere were a wonderful touch. The bathroom is a little close - the door opens into the toilet and there are no grab bars or edges to hold onto getting in or out of the shower, which for most people isn't a difficulty but for limited mobility it would be a plus. We would stay here again if a first floor apartment was available. Thanks for hosting us.

Very cute and clean place, excellent communication by host. The neighborhood was very nice and the property was filled with large and beautiful potted plants. Cute gazebo in the back yard, and ample parking both on and off street. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute and clean place . Nice location for visiting EKU activities. Easy parking .

Great little place, easy parking, close to EKU campus. Clean and Andrew was quick to respond. Only concern was that the bed was a little soft for us but that’s just personal preference!
