Black Mold in the lobby - see photos. They knew about this as complaints go back to 2019 at least. I told them my room smelled (315) the first night there. They were kind enough to offer to spray my room with chemicals to mask it. When I declined inhaling a spray, they suggested opening up our door and blowing the ac. Watching the game that night I noticed the black mold in lobby. I told the guy at the front desk and he said, “I know but I’m not owner”…there was no manager or owner around. I reaffirmed how serious that mold is, to make sure he tells them. This prompted me to look closer at our room conditions. If the lobby is riddled with mold where that is their first impression, what about the room. Yep, black mold CAKED around the tub, window corners, grout (grout should be gray it was black). Bed base too. We had no where to go as it was family weekend and we were leaving in 10 hrs anyway. I told the guy (Prince I think) the next morning and he said, “you didn’t tell us till now.” I thought, are you kidding me?! I told them from the moment I came …each day and night. There were wasps in cafeteria and he comes in and sprays with Raid as people were eating. Expedia tried to help me get a refund when they refused. They won’t answer them - first Lrince said no, then they wouldn’t pick up phone. I filed report with Comfort International Hotel, the Health Department had another call same day from another hotel guest. Feel free to call and ask H Dept in Lex
