Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a nice variety. Staff at the front desk and servicing the breakfast area were friendly and helpful. Nice location right off the freeway.

Parking was good with our 18 ft. trailer. Nice room but the microwave didn't work, there is a small metal stop that we tripped over in the middle of the bathroom, no hand bar in the shower of a handicap room, in the bathroom there is an area that wasn't finished with paint around a towel bar. Breakfast was lovely as was the person in charge. She was so helpful.

I chose this best Western because of the indoor pool. When we checked in we were told there was an electrical issue with the pool and it was unusable. The manager on duty apologized but my grandchildren were very upset! I feel Expedia should have known this and that I am due a refund at least in part! I would NEVER have booked this hotel if I had known this!

Clean room, nice beds and linens, ice machine on our floor and the ice machine worked! Nice hot breakfast that was well presented and a nice breakfast attendant. Nice dining area. Nice front desk folks. Only negative thing I could say is the room had a super tiny bathroom, I had a hard time maneuvering around the toilet in order to close the door or get into the shower. I will be staying here again. Great hotel for the money!

The room was clean but the bathroom was left a mess. Someone had used the bathroom & left it in the toilet. Also, maintenance left over used material all over bathroom floor and tub was dirty.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also delicious (not bland like most places). The employee on duty when I checked in at night was really friendly, the employee the next morning however barely looked up from his phone as I tried to check out. The only thing I wish I had known when I checked in is that this hotel locks up like it's Fort Knox after 11 pm. I had forgotten something in my car that I went down to grab and when I came back I was unable to get back into the hotel. I tried scanning my key card a good 57 times for half an hour, as well as phoning the front desk the same but neither worked (I could see the front desk through the door as well as hear the phone ringing but I believe the night employee had left for the evening). I thought I was going to have to sleep in my car until I walked around the hotel and saw there was a back door. I tried it and was able to get in. Please let people know about the lockdown when checking in!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly. Minimal outside noise. Breakfast was average, typical hotel breakfast. Fresh fruit and yogurt options would have been nice. Good coffee. Breakfast area was very well maintained and clean, as was the lobby and hotel grounds. Would stay here again.
