Adequate

Very nice property owner who reached out with property details proactively prior to our stay. Photos of property are accurate but we did not find the property as well kept as the photos indicated. Felt more like a house for a group of college roomies than it did a lux historical home.Close location to Kroger Field, UK, downtown was a positive. Neighborhood is a bit shabby without character.For the price we paid, should have gone with a downtown hotel.

My stay at this location overall was wonderful. Initially there was a slight issue - the property manager/team informed us the previous tenant had left a severe mess and had smoked in the property so they had to purify and clean more than expected. With this, our check in was delayed by about a half hour - despite the fact this was a fairly small inconvenience, they remained communicative and provided a partial credit to us.The property itself had some very small issues - a mess in the freezer, dusty tables, the like - but overall everything important was very well cleaned, organized, and spacious. I'd give the property itself an 8/10.Ultimately, I give the absolute highest marks for the property manager/team's service. Always very communicative, clear about expectations, patient, and kind, regardless the situation.
