This hotel is nothing like the pictures show what so ever. The hall ways were filthy. They have NO ELEVATOR so you have to carry everything up stairs. It was hot. Pool is nothing like pictured also. They had no extra blankets for the pull out sofa. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.

Nice stay, would stay again.

Didnt like the $50 credit card hold incase of damages. They already have your credit card. Breakfast was satisfactory. Appreciated the tuekey sausage/egg hot pocket-protein and waffles. Coffee good too! Handicap shower bars excellent.

My comfy stay.

The hotel was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Shower was clean and water pressure was awesome. Amenities were as stated. Extra large room, plenty of space for a family of 4 I had a King suite. Will be returning when I visit again.

My 5 star review is in part due to the staff. They were so kind, helpful, and went out of their way, on several occasions, to make our stay better. The rooms have laminate floors. I love this because their is no smell from old carpet. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were clean and acceptable. They allow pets! I did not bring one, but there was no pet smell in the hallways or in the room. The pool was nice. However, the pool room needs some updating. We didn't utilize the complementary breakfast. It has cereal, breads, waffles, juice, milk, yogurt, and a turkey sausage/egg/pita thing available. You cannot take it to your room. The only complaint I have is that there is no elevator. If stairs are an issue, this hotel is not for you. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, wonderful staff, clean rooms, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Decent. Dated. Needs cleaning!! Indoor pool is NOT heated and ONLY registered guests allowed to swim. Mostly updated, but the things that are not updated are grossly aged. Why do companies “renovate/ remodel” hotels and leave the bathroom and plumbing looking like something out of a 50’s horror flick? TV function and programming, trash. Hair dryer didn’t work (purposefully didn’t pack mine, counting on having one in the room). Pet friendly, but with very little (& poorly maintained) green space. The receptionist that checked me in was very helpful.

I was looking for a clean, quiet place to spend the night and I found it….The Baymont in Winchester Ky was just what I was looking for and they delivered exactly what they said they would at a reasonable price. Not very often in todays world do you get what you pay along with honesty and good customer service…..I will definitely use this facility again and again….thank you!!!!

Very clean and comfortable room. It comes with a fridge and microwave. Nice people, vey helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was ok; waffles, an egg and sausage sandwich, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and milk and juices. Coffee was available at all times
