We learned from other reviews to turn on the hot tub as soon as we arrived to let it warm up. That worked well until the technician from the spa company turned it all off and reset it to summer settings. He also had concerns regarding the chemicals. "I rented this property in order to attend Kool April Nights. I towed a car on a trailer, and saw that this property had a large driveway that would accommodate that. The home was nicely updated with a 2x2 setup. The second bedroom was downstairs, which gave a nice privacy affect with the other couple that came along. The property manager (owner I believe) was very responsive and kept me up to date with everything I needed."

The listing is not very clear as I didn't find out that the studio apartment (door A) is included in the overall price of the rental. PLEASE independently verify this, but it makes the price a little more reasonable for the space.
