「Favorite were Sunny. Heather and Alex They were remodeling and only inconvenience was getting new tv to get reconnected and easily done over phone… Hot water needed a little regulating but didn’t interfere with having a good shower just dialed to cold and it was warm and felt good pressure… Pool area clean and even had a barbeque you could use very clean.」

「Nicely updated, but same low rate. Good breakfast. That area of town has also been renewed making it very walkable. We enjoyed an evening stroll down by the college. However, there's some street noise from occasional loud cars and mototcycles at night which woke me up a couple times.」

「Well appointed, older home in north Redding near Shasta Lake. Good sized house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipt. Landload easily accessable and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no traffic. Close to grocery store and near downtown and the mall. No issues, easy stay for us. Would book this house again.」

「Clean home, clean and safe neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Pool was a big feature for us as well as nearby lakes and community walking trails. Loved seeing the sundial bridge and gardens. We had an amazing time! Thank you!」

「Nice quiet neighborhood, got out one morning and did a quick little walk throughout the neighborhood, cold swimming pool and hot hot tub. Rebecca contacted us every day to see if we had any needs. Very enjoyable place to stay.」
