"The parking was NOT as specified via text to us as well as the host in room instructions. Had to park in overflow parking because parking went to in home management before guest. Pillows super flat. Carpets stained. Felt as an inconvenience. Kids living in home running around in underwear and was uncomfortable. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Older bedding sheets and comforter. "

"One of the best vacations I’ve taken in awhile because of this property. With everything in Orlando to do you would think you’d want to spend most of your time outside the villa but NO. It’s so much fun to be had inside that that’s what we preferred even over Disney parks!"
"I loved the fact we were able to check in early; however, the house was not clean and it appears someone is getting paid to do nothing. I reached out to manager to inform her of the condition of the house. She stated she would let the cleaning crew know. No one ever came to rectify the condition nor called to check. I have requested a refund on the housekeeping. The windowsill, were dusty and dead bugs on floor and windowsills. The coffee table had cat hair and dust (see picture) the top of the refrigerator was dusty and sticky to the touch. I thought being that it was in a Country club gated community, cleanliness was the least of my worries. There were limited wash clothes and towels we had to wash each day to have clean ones. The house needs a lot of love and I can truly say my family will not be back. I have asthma and I was sick the whole time until we left. I hate leaving a bad review because I’m sure management didn’t realize the condition of the home. I can’t see anyone renting it out in that condition. The walls were filthy…pictures are deceiving. Please do better do the next renters are not faced with this. Respectfully Sheila S."
"My family and I vacation to Orlando every summer as one unit and we always looks for a home that is big enough to accommodate our family of 30 people. This summer we stayed at this big well decorated house.The house is as pictured and for the most part clean, however, it can be cleaner. Not sure if there were people there right before us because we did find quite a few clothing items and other things left behind. The company needs to do a better job checking on their cleaning service. The game room would be top notch is the split ac would actually cool the garage down, but imagine being in an enclosed garage in July in Florida... it was unbearable. They sent out someone to check it, but I guess it wasn't fixable.Aside from that, they responded quickly and efficiently to any questions and/or complaints I had. Overall they upkeep the property well. This has been one of the better houses we've stayed in since we've been vacationing together (11 years).We would definitely book again. Just really wish the property provide some type of grill."

"I'm not sure I talk to the owner or manager but he amazing quick response, the house was great the only complaint is the master bedroom I stay in kinda hot not sure why but I just open the door and the cold air will come in to the room so it's all good. So I hope the owner ask someone to check on that. The house is spacious and clean especially it have 4 master bedroom with it own bathroom that really really great for a family vacation rental home , so we don't have to wait for other to take a shower or go to the bathroom since we have 13 people in the house. Will stay again if it available to rent when we back to Florida"
