"Everything went perfect from the environment to the host. "

"The pool pump didn't work so, we didn't use the pool. It wasn't able to be heated. The pool was green and dirty, debris was on the bottom of the pool from a hole in the lanai cover. The video games in the garage did not work. The pool cue sticks didn't have tips, the cue ball rack was broken. The door in the downstairs bedroom was blocked with sticks which is a fire hazard. The doors were not easy to open they stuck. The a/c was regulated by the host. She stated that the pool guy was going to come fix the pump and clean the pool all that was done while we were away was that a hose was strewn across the lanai and dropped and left in the pool. When I contacted the host she stated it's fine that it's like that and if it bothers us to move it out of the way. When we arrived I looked around to see if there were laundry baskets and there were not. We went to Disney one day and when we came back they showed up. I don't appreciate someone invading my privacy and she didn't even ask if it was ok to go into the home when we weren't there. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom that weren't even full and one roll of paper towels for 6 nights. For the money it's not worth it. Poor maintenance and upkeep of the home, they defintely only do the bare minimum. It's listed for up to 10 people I couldn't imagine that many people staying there. False advertising. "

"Overall - a good place to stay. Check-in was a bit clunky, but worked out OK. Easy check-out. Hot tub, pool, back porch were nice. "

"It was fine. We basically just roam around all day and then come home and sleep so for that it was absolutely fine. I could quibble about cobwebs and bathroom doors with locks that didn't work, but it didn't really matter. For us, It worked great. Just FYI an Uber Eats driver dropped off some Del Taco sort of between our townhome and the one next to it. It wasn't intended for us or whoever was next door if there was anyone so some raccoons ate it and made a little mess."

" The home had everything we needed and more. All rooms were spotless and spacious. The bedrooms had ample room for storage and loads of closet space. The beds were very comfortable. The living space had room to maneuver, especially the kitchen...loads of counter space. The pool area was more than enough for our needs and fairly private with no homes behind. Close enough to Disney for an easy trip. The host was prompt with replies to my questions. All in all a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again. "

"THE GOOD PART: My room was clean, and the bathroom was VERY clean. The host is absolutely nailed that part. EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. This resort obviously had a lot of HOA rules, as evidenced by the various parking and garbage rules that I was sent in my agreement to stay there. That is understandable, but it also felt like I didn’t belong there. Any gated community that is so upscale and expensive would probably have rules against renting out houses like this to multiple guests passing through. That was super weird. The parking situation was abysmal. They had painted a series of parking spaces into the cement, which included a sideways parking space that blocked the other cars. It was hard to get out of the house the next morning due to being blocked by another person‘s car. Next came the long list of house rules. I can understand the need to have them, but would it kill the hosts to say please? Instead of saying “DO NOT…”, how about saying “Please refrain from…” I also received them multiple times via emails and texts. Redundant. The bedroom doors were also super thin and cheap, and although they did lock, they could easily be kicked through. Not very safe. Lastly, I was forced to upload a picture of my driver’s license to check in. Not cool. Would not stay again or recommend."

"Zero complaints. It was efficient, clean, lots of room for running in and out for Spring Training. Great stay!"

"Pros: House was clean. Good amount of towels supplied. Washer and dryer worked well and was appreciated.Good water pressure in the showers. Location was convenient. Check out was easy. Community felt safe and provided a nice area to walk/jog.Cons: Beds were uncomfortable. Cookware was warped and not sufficient to make meals. The gym was under construction and equipment was not clean. We did not get check in instructions, other than the codes. The community has two entrances and one is only accessible to owners with an opener (which we did not have). This would not have been a big deal but it was late and we traveled all day and were tired. It would have been great to know we had to go to a specific entrance to get in. We had to ask for a key for the gym and pool area. It was hidden above the microwave. We could not use the garage, as they did not supply an opener. I would recommend including details in the check in instructions, especially for those coming in later in the evening. "

"This is a big, beautiful house! We invited kids and their families and we all had room and loved our accomodations! The pool and hot tub were a big hit with all- some great times swimming and also socializing in the hot tub. The game room with slide and all was a huge hit with the kids, who disappeared into it for fun times. The Baby Yoda bed was a HUGE hit with my grandson, who felt like he hit the jackpot! All the rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable! We'd love to go back again!"
