"got there at 4pm to check in, was informed that rooms were not clean yet, come back in an hour. I am sure he had said that several times because his tone was "not clean, leave and come back" then next. Came back at 530, still not clean. Now I pushed, stayed right there eyeballing him till finally in about 20 minutes, got a room. Single female, first floor open to the parking lot and wasn't completely clean. I stayed for 4 nights and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will be in Great Falls for 3 weeks straight and will not be staying here. I expected clean rooms ready when check in is open, and if something is wrong, some kindness is appreciated. That would have made a ton of difference."

"Overall a great property - nice A/C and great furnishings for our group. The only downside was the neighbor immediately approaching us the minute we parked and complaining about how renters park in front of his house all the time. Ten minutes of that & then the rest of the weekend was great."

"The apartment is very small, but contains everything you need for a couple. We were there for a month in June to July. The room was clean, and the host answered our questions quickly and sent someone over to help us 80 yr old people with the TV programs, We liked the TV system and watched a lot of movies while we were there.The parking is right out front too, The AC is very noisy. so we only ran it at night. Thank you Justin for your VRBO for our business trip to Great Falls."
