A lovely summer beach stay!

lovely, clean, beautiful house and neighborhood, close to the beaches, and stores--house had everything and the best AC and fans for those 98 degree days !!

Everything was amazing. The house was clean and the space fit our families needs perfectly. The house was ideally located and was in walking distance to the pool, basketball courts, and playground. If we ever return to Delaware we know exactly where we will be staying!!

Brand new, very clean and property is adorable!

The little personal touches were great and makes you feel welcome! Loved having the fire pit and surprised there was already wood available to use. Will definitely stay again!

Relaxing Getaway

Kevin's property was a very nice and welcoming place to stay while at the beach. It was very clean, and it was easy to book and to be in contact with him. We loved the comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We all had a wonderful time there, enjoying Rehobeth beach and boardwalk as well as Lewes and being a short drive away, but also the pool and privacy available.

Ladies WE Getaway from PA & NC

We had a great experience. Well stocked, quality items, comfortable beds. Easy to keep clean, more than enough room for 5 ladies. We prepared several meals together; explored the neighborhood, the marina, Lewes & Rehobeth; and enjoyed the deck on the front. We would stay here again. 😊

Wonderful property

Everything was as described and it was a well-maintained property. Very clean. The community is very nice. 20 minutes from the beach and the pool area is a nice break from the beach and I would also add that there are two bedrooms on the first floor, which also make it easy for grandparents.

We stayed for our son's wedding which was held not too far away at Baywood. The home looked like it was the first day staying after settlement on new construction. Absolutely beautiful set up and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay and most certainly will be back! Thank you for a nice weekend get away with my family and friends.
