210 Lakeside - Lovely townhome in The Plantations East community!

This lovely two bedroom townhouse in Plantations East has had numerous renovations making it the perfect place for your summer at the beach. An open floor plan with a large kitchen island makes for a wonderful entertaining space or just an area to cook and serve a gourmet meal. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen has comfortable seating for gathering or watching a movie. The screened porch off the back of the house is the perfect place to settle in with a good book. There is also a half-bath on the first floor.

The second floor features two large bedrooms, both with full bathrooms.

Guests may purchase passes to use the Plantations, tennis facilities and/or fitness center.

Plantations East is conveniently located just West of Route 1 with easy access to both Rehoboth and Lewes.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Lovely townhome
Very nice kitchen with lots of amenities like dish towels, utensils dishes cooking utensils and pans. Seasoning and olive oil. Very helpful. Spacious living room just wish there were more tv channels to watch. Beds comfortable. Showers very weak. Overall, good for the short stay.

Attractive home

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and spacious. The layout and decor were outstanding. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to bars, restaurants, and beaches.

Great neighborhood, wonderful stay
The home was spacious, absolutely cozy, quiet and clean. This is excellent for month stays. Neighbors were helpful and so pleasant made it hard to want to leave. All the extras in the home were appreciated. Communication with rental agent and staff was informative and the best I have encountered with Vrbo so far. I would visit again.

Good for a long weekend with friends
Checkin was quick and it was easy to get here. Kitchen is great if you plan on cooking, had all the necessary cookware. Not far from the beach. Well furnished but would not bring young children due to decor and particular instructions about the wood floors. Would consider staying here again.

The property looked as nice as the photos. The kitchen was the best part. We spent a lot of time there. I would have preferred patio seating on the screened-in porch instead of a day bed and bistro set. Neighbors were friendly. Very nice trip.

Excellent place to stay on the Delaware Shore
Loved this property! Everything was new, updated and super clean and comfy. The location was within 15-20 minutes to all of the beaches on the Delaware Shore. It was nice to leave the hustle and bustle of the beach areas to come to this quiet, serene home. They also had a lot of amenities in the place that made it comfortable. The only thing I wish they had were more cable stations and/or Netflix but if you are not spending much time watching television on your stay this is not a problem. Would definitely recommend for small families and/or two couples looking to get away for the weekend.
