"The views from the hotel were incredible. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast and other meals at the hotel restaurant were delicious and had a beautiful presentation as well. Hot tub and sauna at the spa were very enjoyable after long days of walking and biking. Would love to stay here again!"

"Our room was smaller than I expected. Paid so much to pick the room with the view of Matterhorn and can only see just the little corner at the left side of the room. Not worth it to stay at the room with Matterhorn view. Not definitely the room in the pics in the website. Was disappointed with the view. Should be more truthful about that."

Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on.
