"Worth for the price but quite old and has not renovated or upgraded for a while in my opinion. The place was convenient as it was 2 mins walk to the Geelong water front and 7mins walk to shopping mall and restaurants. Overall the experience was okey. If you plan a budget trip this is okey but, not for luxury."

"Staff at reception were friendly, room was clean and nicely done, but. Fan in bathroom extremely noisy and takes 2 minutes to shut itself off after switching off, very annoying late at night, could only get channel 9 , 92 93,94,95,96. Nearly all other channels wouldn’t connect. No instructions on how to use foxtel, as we don’t have it at home had no idea how to connect to it. No information on what was to eat in the area, no take away, restaurants etc bedside lamp didn’t work. Very disappointed"

"This property was recently renovated and was clean and tidy. The rainhead shower was amazing!!!! The bed was comfy too. Basic, but we were only there to sleep. Staff were super friendly. Would stay there again."

"Stayed for 1 night in a 1-room stay. Not sure if this was a newer area, but everything was in excellent condition — clean and tidy, including the toilet and shower. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. The only thing that could be improved is having more parking spaces closer to the rooms. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."
