「The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay, which made the experience very uncomfortable. The room itself had a strong unpleasant odor that did not go away, even after airing it out. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.」

「It was a nice hotel for a taste of local culture. Although the place is dated, everything was clean. The check in/check out woman was very helpful and contacted a taxi for us anytime we needed one. It is close to shopping and restaurants. The downside is that you are not allowed early check in - we got in 5 minutes early but I wouldn't plan on that. 「My husband and I absolutely loved our time at CeBlue! Latoya our concierge was amazing and the beach is beautiful! Only negative would be there isn’t much options for food when you go beginning of August as most places close for hurricane season. Latoya was able to help us find some amazing restaurants throughout the island though. We will be back 」
