"Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me."

"Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. "It has been unseasonably cold in Alicante during our stay so we had to put heaters on to get warm. Unfortunately the house’s electricity isn’t capable of having two heaters on at the same time. This trips the fuse and you have to put it on again. Coupled with this, when we arrived the blankets stank of mould, bed was really uncomfortable, the shower was broken etc. I contacted the agent and they provided new blankets and a new shower which was great. We weren’t able to fix the electricity...
