It consists of a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and its own bathroom, an independent toilet, accommodating 2 guests.This makes the place ideal for enjoying a beautiful stay in Les Sables d'Olonne.The Villa Des Plages is located by car 1 min from the city center of the Olonne district (shops), 3 min from Super U + Drive, 11 min from the beaches, 3 min from Golf des Olonnes, 3 min from the Olonne sur mer train station.Security deposit?A deposit via credit card imprint is requested before arrival, and canceled 14 days after departure if no damage is observed. No debit for the imprint and no impact on your credit card limit. Completely secure by a professional.Arrival time?Between 5 PM and 9 PM. Possibility beyond that until 12:00 AM for an additional fee of 50€ to be paid to the concierge.Departure time?Between 8am and 11am. Possibility of departure between 6 and 8am for an additional fee of 50€ to be paid to the concierge.An adjustment of schedules may be made during quieter periods and with the agreement of the concierge service.Sheets & towels included? For your comfort, beds are made before your arrival and towels are provided.Attention: sheets and towels are optional for any stay of 2 nights or less.
