Located on the seafront on the second floor with elevator, the 55m2 apartment is a few meters from the beaches and the Thalasso. Many shops are then accessible on foot (500m in the district of the Presidents) with all the necessities shops: supermarket, bakery-pastry, butcher- deli-catering, fishmonger, cheese, pharmacy, hairdresser and tobacco press.
