Very nice apartment of 54 m² facing the sea.
Close to food shops, 100m from the beach of the Presidents.
Breathtaking views of the ocean! All you have to do is put your towel on the sand, a change of scenery is guaranteed .
Wifi fiber free
Household and toilet linen not provided but can be rented from the concierge
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
The cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the places and the beach until the end.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé (sauf pour le "petit" lave vaisselle qui pour moi n'apporte rien). On est tout de suite sur le remblais, on peut aller en centre ville à pied, sur la grande plage également. Tous les commerces utiles sont a proximité. Très bon séjour. Je recommande.

Appartement fonctionnel et décoré avec soin ; quand à la vue sur mer, tout simplement magnifique. Loisirs, commerces, plage…tout à proximité, ce qui est fort appréciable. Un grand merci à Carelle, qui nous a très bien reçu et qui a été très réactive lorsque nous en avions besoin 🙂.

Appartement propre, lumineux, bien rénové ( une douche à la place de la baignoire serait le bienvenu ) . Les commerces proches sont un plus à l'emplacement de l'appartement. Très bon accueil de Carelle.

Cet appartement est conforme à la description. Lumineux, propre, au calme, grands espaces, bien situé à proximités des commerces (il suffit de traverser la rue), facilité pour se garer. Mention +++ à Carelle pour la gestion de l'accueil et du départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :). Merci

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement bien décoré où il ne manque rien. Le plus incontestable : la vue mer. Service de conciergerie au top. Joëlle est disponible et serviable tout comme les propriétaires. Fred, gérant immobilier à l'écoute et professionnel. Je recommande cette location.
