Adorable holiday home, family, with atypical angles, classified 3*

This house for up to 6 people is on two levels and has wifi and an enclosed garden.

La Grande Plage des Sables is 1.6 km (22 min. walk - 6 min. by bike), 900m from the train station and the shopping center (Ylium).

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coasts (La Chaume, Sauveterre, Puits d'enfer, Cayola) or to the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, pedestrian streets ..

Comfortable house: wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker filters, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, plancha, television, DVD player, audio system ...



All rooms are located on the 1st floor:

- Bedroom 1 with a bed 160

- Bedroom 2 and 3 each with a bed 140



The bathroom consisting of a shower and a bathtub is on the ground floor as well as the separate toilet.

A large kitchen where you can have lunch and a dining room always bright serve the living room open to an enclosed garden of about 70m ².

A bicycle is at your disposal

A garage is also present where you can either store your bikes, surfboards or others but also a small vehicle. Parking spaces in front of the house are free and very often available.



Linen and towels are not provided but can be booked with the concierge.

Located on the Atlantic coast, Les Sables d'Olonne, town of the Vendée Globe is synonymous with a quiet holiday by the sea with family or friends.

With its large supervised beaches and wild coasts where you can walk, its embankment for pedestrians and bicycles, its sailing school and its surf spots, this resort has chosen to preserve a certain quality of life.

During the summer, the city of Les Sables d'Olonne lives to the rhythm of the holidays and offers its tourists its lively city center, its halls, its market, as well as many animations, shows and popular festivals are offered in the evening.

You can book yourself some days, for the Puy du Fou and its cinescénie and go to meet its islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier

Parfait je Recommande fortement la maison, l’emplacement parfait à proximité de tout 👍👍👍👍

Tout était parfait. La conciergerie très disponible personnel, très aimable. La maison était parfait. L’emplacement nickel à proximité de tout À cinq minutes du port, cinq minutes du centre commercial, kebab À 100 m boulangerie 50m de la maison le personnel de la conciergerie en cas de problème disponible, car les bureaux sont sur place à 5minutes en voiture mais en conforme à l’annonce voir mieux👍👍👍👍👍
