Point negatif : le logement donne sur une rue piétonne passante et assez bruyante et le logement est mal isolé d'un point de vue phonique.Appartement joliment décoré et agréable. Il meriterait cependant d'être rénové (murs et porte d'entrée).Séjour agreable proche toutes commodités. Prévoir un abonnement pour une place de parking. Parkings gratuits à 15 -20 minutes à pied.」
