「What a stunning place to stay! Beautiful and practical chalet, exactly as described. My family said it was probably the nicest ski chalet we've stayed in, and I can't disagree. We received a lovely welcome from Stephanie, which followed clear instructions in the weeks leading to our stay. Very well equipped and spacious, not to mention the peace and quiet. 「I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition.
Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash.
The apartment also lacked basic...

「Clean, modern studio, perfect for a couple on a ski break. The telecabine was just across the road, a nice supermarket stocking local produce was just behind the building. The host was quick to respond to all messages. Ski area was great. Would happily return to this property.」
