「Hotel Restaurant Sausa provides excellent value for money spent. The room was very clean with a refrigerator and a large bathroom with wall-in shower. It is not fancy, but it met our needs. There is a nice big pool and an on site restaurant, but we did not utilize either. This is a convenient base for day trips to Girona, Figueres, Besalu, and the Mediterranean coastal towns.」

「Had to take an overnight stop before a morning flight from Girona airport, so a hotel closeby was a must. Booked this hotel through Expedia along with my flight, and it couldn't be better. Everything was spotless, the staff were superb, the room was large and well-appointed. Most hotels I stay in have one common 'fault' - a double room with only one chair! This place had 2 chairs, and a table, and another chair behind the desk. I arrived early so had a quick drink at the bar while my room was...
