Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Les Houches this 2 room apartment of 40 m² that can accommodate up to 5 people, for your holiday.
The apartment on the 1st floor of a building located 300m from the Prarion ski lifts.
It has an East exposure with view of the Mont-Blanc range, and balcony.

The apartment is composed of :

- A living room with sofa bed, convertible armchair, television and dining area.
- An equipped kitchenette with 4 hotplates, fridge, oven and dishwasher.
- A bedroom with double bed 160.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.

Additional equipment : closed garage, garden access of the condominium. Pets allowed.

Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subject to availability; for prices, contact us) :

- Wifi box rental
- Linen rental: sheets, towels
- Rental of childcare equipment: high chair, cot
- End of the stay cleaning

Pillows, duvets and blankets, and dishes are provided in the rental.
