Perfect hotel to stay at if visiting Puy du Fou

We loved every aspect of this hotel. The decor, the quality of the bedding and bed and the interior design was superb. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the garden in the evening. We will return next year.

Hotel calme et propre

J'ai apprécié le calme, la modernité et la propreté de l'hôtel. S'agissant d'un 4 etoiles, j'ai été déçu par les prestations et le service client. La salle de bains etait froide et le sèche serviette desactivé. Il m'a été repondu que c'était normal. Le petit dejeuner pour les personnes sans gluten est perfectible. La relation client est parfois abrupte.

Un séjour en demi teinte

Séjour en demi teinte. Les chambres sont très bien et la décoration est plutôt jolie. Elles sont fonctionnelles et la salle de bain est très agréable. Literie très confortable. Personnel peu accueillant hormis la personne de nuit qui est sympathique. Prélèvement à tord de deux taxes de séjour et difficulté pour être remboursé. Accueil froid et peu professionnel. Aucune écoute du client. Les cocktails et boissons étaient chaudes. Nous l’avons fait remonté, aucune excuse. J’ai même ressenti de la moquerie de la part du personnel ce qui n’est absolument pas respectueux pour le client. Ça peut arriver mais il faut aussi savoir le reconnaître et écouter les remontés des clients ; et les prendre en compte. Après, il ne faut pas se plaindre de recevoir un avis négatif. D’ailleurs, il n’a pas été possible de parler à la direction pour s’exprimer… Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les viennoiseries, pain et brioche ne semblaient pas être du jour. Le chaud, n’était pas très chaud pour le coup. Certains produits étaient locaux et plutôt bons. L’hôtel est bien situé pour un séjour au Puy du Fou mais je n’y reviendrai pas.

Agréable séjour avec des détails à améliorer

Hôtel bien rénové il y a deux ans . Excellente literie , chambre moderne, spacieuse , silencieuse . Salle de bain très agréable . Le personnel est très à l’écoute . Seul bémol est que pour des raisons de développement durable, pas de machine à café dans la chambre et le café se prend en bas au bar (où il est gratuit). Petit déjeuner sympa et globalement copieux et diversifié . Mais le fait de devoir redemander de la brouillade (car petite portion seulement préparée à l’avance ), du café, gâche un peu le plaisir . Lundi soir restaurant de l’hôtel fermé. Il propose des cocottes mais le prix est à mon goût très élevé pour des portions très petites : 8€ la salade minuscule de quinoa , 18€ le poulet curry riz basmati ou le merlu quinoa, la aussi en portions minuscules . Nous avons prix quelques fruits facturés 2€ et un double deca facturé 4€ (j’ai pas compris : pourquoi il était pas gratuit celui ci).

Parfait !!

L'hôtel est magnifique. Il est meublé avec goût et recherche. Notre chambre donnait sur un parc arboré très calme. La salle de bain est moderne. Rien ne manque pour notre confort. Le personnel est attentionné et professionnel. j'y retournerai les yeux fermés !
