「Nice and close to the Dieppe car ferry and close to various walkable restaurants, stores etc. Staff very helpful. Restaurant not functioning on a Monday evening. although website says it should be. Some issues with my room (024) but they did not fix things - neither of the beside lights functioned and nor were they repaired during the day as I had requested. Toilet seat not anchored properly.」

「The location of the hotel was excellent for us and there was plenty of parking. Our room was clean and had everything that we needed. It was easy to reach via stairs and a lift. We had a couple of issues. Our room booking could not be located at reception and it appeared that we would have to pay again. It took the Receptionist some time to sort the problem out, and it appeared that Expedia had passed on our booking to another company, so it was more difficult to find. She was very helpful...

「Not a very welcoming place. Faced with a significant travel delay I contacted them to advise of potential larrival but latest staff there would be was 10.30. No attempt to suggest a solution, but they could have if they wanted to. Fortunately I arrived in time. Of course I wanted dinner but no attempt to assist in advising where to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Just so rude.」
