"The facility is very clean and the staff were quite nice and helpful. The beach access is good at this spot and they have outdoor dining against the beach. Overall we liked it enough the first time we stayed to go back again on another trip. "

"Rachael tried hard to be a good host. Property was very nice with a lovely pool area, although too cold in mid November for us. Quite a modern apartment with garage parking and a lift up if needed. I found it quicker to walk, and good exercise. Really pleasant apartment with just a couple of little niggles for us. The toilet seat kept sliding to one side and falling off it's supports. It can be a little noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, as it's next to the main road. Would definitely recommend though, especially slightly more in season."

"Stayed with my wife and some friends. The villa is well equipped, very comfortable and the outside space is beautiful, with a large swimming pool. The whole property was clean and the property manager Sabine was very responsive to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The location, set back from the main road, was peaceful and private. Mi Casa Tu Casa is a great restaurant for local Spanish cuisine just across the road and there are many more options within walking distance/short drive to Denia. Be aware that the "double futon" is not a self-contained bedroom but in the living space leading to the master bedroom and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It worked fine for our party but may not suit everyone."

"Estudio pequeño pero ideal para 2 personas. Se encuentra bastante bien equipado con todo el menaje necesario. El acceso a la playa , son unos 5 minutos andando....en los cuales tienes que cruzar una carretera de doble sentido en la que escasean los pasos de peatones...."
