「We were a family of four traveling to Austria for the first time. Not wanting to stay in a busy city, we picked Seefeld for its close proximity to Innsbruck. We were not disappointed. Seefeld was just the place, as well as Haus Excelsior 37B! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hope we can return this winter to enjoy the skiing!」

「This is a lovely property that we really enjoyed. It is in a beautiful, safe, quiet location and suited us well. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our use and we would stay here again. Having three bathrooms was also very nice! One thing I would recommended is sending guests information about check in. 「This lodging was exactly as the pictures show! Each cottage has everything you will need for a night stay or a week long stay; plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, toaster, mini fridge, etc. It was easy to get into after hours with the door code that was given via email the day of arrival, clean, updated, and the views are amazing. Coming from the United States I was concerned about communication with the staff, but they were all VERY friendly, spoke English, and very prompt in email...

「Barbara and her family made us feel welcome. The property was excellent ant met all of our needs. We were able to easily walk to the train station and 5 or 6 top-rated restaurants. The best cafe in town is actually in the same building! I hope our travels take us back to this great location!」
