"The hotel overall is nice. It appeared to be recently renovated. The only issue that I saw was that the water in the room in the toilet and faucets initially had a brown color to it. After running the water for a while it appeared to clear up. Likely the plumbing in the walls did not get updated in the renovation, ergo rusty pipes. "

"The breakfast was buffet-style and exceeded my expectations. The staff in the dining area were highly attentive—they replenished the food promptly and were consistently kind and professional. I especially appreciated the variety of options, including both hot and cold dishes, as well as the selection of five different fruits and fresh yogurt. The room was also very comfortable. The bedding was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, and this aspect was disappointing. For a hotel at this price point, not being able to use the pool significantly reduces its value. The pool was already closed when I checked in around 5–6 PM, and it remained inaccessible the following morning. There was no clear notice or announcement regarding the closure. It would have been appropriate for hotel management or the front desk to post an official notice explaining the situation. Instead, I had to repeatedly try my room key on the access pad, which was confusing and inconvenient. When I asked the front desk for an explanation, the response was vague—they simply mentioned it might be due to maintenance, without providing any clear details or prior notice. Aside from this issue, my stay was very satisfying. However, given that the pool advertisement in the hotel main picturewas a key factor in my booking decision, I believe a partial refund or some form of compensation would be reasonable. "
