「The apartment is perfectly prepared for a stay for two people (or 4 as there was a huge sofa bed of very high quality) in a wonderful town amongst breathtaking scenery. 「Wir genossen zum zweiten Mal diese gepflegte Wohnung an bester Lage in Lenzerheid. Sie bietet grosszügig Platz für zwei Petsonen. Seitens der Agentur Bergkultur verlief alles sehr gut organisiert und sehr freundlich. Die Anleitung zur Installierung des WLAN sollte auf den neuen Stand gebracht werden.」

「Saubere, gut gelegene Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man für erholsame Ferien braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe. Der Eingangsbereich des Kaffees ist zu eng, wir standen immer im Weg. 「Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, schnell vom Dorf erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der schönen Wohnung. Es ist sehr positiv dass es einen Parkplatz in der Garage gibt. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig und es war nicht von Anfang an klar, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, wenn man nach 15 Uhr in der Lenzerheide ankommt. Die Option mit dem Briefkasten müsste von Anfang an angeboten werden.」

"チェックインから全てセルフで、スタッフの方は一度もお見かけしませんでしたが、全く問題なく、全体的に清潔で、駅前、スーパー隣で、とても便利ないいホテルでした。コーヒーはいつでも無料、朝食も無料で、1人旅でも利用しやすいと思います。時間があればアウトレットまで行くことも可能。また利用したいです。"
