"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Cologne. The location is incredible—stunning views of the Love Lock Bridge and the Cologne Cathedral, especially at night. It’s within easy walking distance to the cathedral and the Christmas markets, which made exploring so convenient. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food options were excellent, and the spa massages were fantastic. Everything about the stay felt thoughtful and high quality. We would definitely stay here again."

"The carpets were filthy but overall good stay. Also the location was just off the main train station which made it an excellent choice. We did not have any breakfast and room service was great!"
