Skuffende!!

Vi havde betalt lidt over 800 kroner for et almindeligt dobbeltværelse og havde forventet et bedre hotel. Det virkede slidt og lidt sølle. Swimmingpoolen var halvtom. Nøglekortsystemet virkede ikke. Personalet var venligt nok men virkede uprofessionelt. Morgenmaden var uden sammenligning den dårligste hotelmorgenmad vi har fået. Den kedelige lille buffet så ud, som om der ikke var gjort noget eller ryddet op siden dagen før. Der var dog lune croissanter og juice. Værelset var rent, og der virkede rent på fællesarealer. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette hotel - find et andet i byen!

Hôtel decevant

Hôtel loin de tout. Sur le site il devait y avoir un réfrigérateur dans chaque chambres mais ce n est pas le cas. Le petit déjeuner reste posé sur une table pendant 3 heures dans la chaleur. La charcuterie le beurre et le fromage ne sont même pas dans quelque chose de réfrigéré. Par contre la piscine est agréable et le personnel aussi. Cet hôtel mérite un 2 étoiles maximum

Good value , good transport links.

The hotel is on the edge of the town but close to a new link motorway which connects Catania and Siracusa, Close to the big Hospital on the hill it is well signposted and close to a Lidel supermarket. The person on the desk was very friendly and when the room wasn't what we asked for he was quick to put it right. The room was comfortable and modern, all linen and towels were of a high standard. French doors opening on to a small balcony. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well designed all clean and modern. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was a lot of noise from the disco...also noise in the corridor but it finished before midnight and the next night was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was servered in a large dinning room , the first morning there was not too much choice however we asked for an earlier start the next day as we had to get to the airport. The breakfast table was ready by 6.30am the choices were really varied and there was fresh fruit and a variety of pastries and tarts. Coffee was delicious both days. We enjoyed our stay here and feel that in season this hotel with its restaurant and pool would have a lot to offer. Good value for money..just don't stay on Disco night!

Soggiorno da dimenticare

Sebbene le foto dell'albergo diano l'impressione di una struttura nuova, in effetti la realtà si presente del tutto diversa. All'interno nella hall si notano macchie di umidità a seguito di infiltrazioni d'acqua. Telefoni non funzionanti ed aria condizionata centralizzata guasta denotano la trascuratezza in cui versa l'intera struttura. La piscina non praticabile!

De passage à Lentini

Accueil agréable. propreté des lieux impeccable. Chambre climatisée avec balcon.Dîner excellent avec spécialités du pays.Quartier calme en dehors de la ville. MAIS :gros problèmes avec l'eau chaude! impossible de prendre une douche chaude sans laisser auparavant ( 20mn) l'eau couler!! Et encore.. Lunettes des wc cassée et decélées du mur.téléphone de la chambre en panne.

Good but could be great

Hotel is very nice and I am sure when busy it has lots to offer. I stayed for more than ten days and often was one of the only two rooms occupied. Twice I know there were a few more rooms, but never more than half of the two dozen or so rooms. Kitchen only opened if you requested dinner ahead of time and window was only two hours. Bar is non-existent. Site advertises fitness room, but there is none. Rooms were clean and comfortable, water was hot and towels soft, internet was free and fast.

Hôtel très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux mais rien d'extraordinaire ni varié. Le personnel n'est pas très causant excepté un des réceptionnistes qui a été très sympathique avec nous.

Besser als erwartet

Für uns war das Hotel Ausgangspunkt für eine Rundreise mit dem Rad. Wir hatten es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen Catania ausgesucht. Zudem vermittelte man uns einen Taxitransfer. Von den Bildetn im Internet hatten wir uns nicht zuviel errwartet, aber wir wurden positiv überrascht. Das Anwesen steht auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück am Rande eines uralten Steinbruchs mit toller Vegetation und Tierwelt. Das Personal war extrem frundlich un bemüht. Auch sonst ist alles soweit in Ordnung. Wir können das Haus für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

L' hotel si trova in una zona periferica di Lentini. All' arrivo ci è stata assegnata una stanza con la serratura difettosa e di piccolissime dimensioni, malgrado avessimo comunicato che viaggiavamo con un bambino. Bella la piscina ma priva di manutenzione. Colazione inesistente per il salato e carente per il dolce. Il signore calvo alla reception è stato antipatico ed a tratti indisponente per tutto il periodo del soggiorno. Sinceramente non lo consiglieremmo.

assenza di informazioni turistiche e depliants. Il tavolo della colazione era poco organizzato,tutti i prodotti, anche se di marca, erano confezionati,niente di fresco. L'ospite che sta in vacanza, la mattina ha bisogno di sentirsi coccolato da una buona colazione. Una colazione familiare,poco varia,a volte essenziale, ,chi arrivava piu' tardi trovava cio' che era rimasto,un giorno mancavano anche i piattini per la colazione e l'acqua naturale.Ho visto hotel a 3 stelle molto piu' efficienti.Nella piscina l'idromassaggio era sempre spento.E' un bel posto, ma la gestione lascia a desiderare.Ci vorrebbe una migliore organizzazione

Hotel nuovo ma ancora "in fase di rodaggio", la posizione non è delle più facili da raggiungere (meno male che lì vicino c'é un supermercato conosciuto come punto di riferimento), personale inesperto, buona la cena, poco varia la colazione.

Handy, modern hotel.

Extremely good location for those using Catania airport. Close to main road system and easy to find. Plenty of on site parking. Town of Lentini unusually ugly. Beautiful setting for garden at rear of hotel if you have time to use it and pool. Breakfast amazingly frugal. No bread, meat, cheese, yoghurt or fruit. Cake and cornflakes only. Presumably they only expect to get Italian business people staying. Overall good value for money.

Sant Alphio Palace- an OK hotel

We booked this hotel as it was meant to be 10 mins from the airport - it is actually approx 20 mins. The hotel rooms are ordinary but fine for the one night stay we had. The restaurant food was reasonably good and reasonably priced.

premetto di aver scelto questo Hotel per motivi di vicinanzadi miei familiari, cmq credevo che un 4 stelle sarebbe stato all'altezza invece mi sbagliavo di grosso. Arrivato in hotel alle 16:30 personale della reception ci rispondeva che una delle nostre due camere non era ancora pronta, cosa strana visto che l'hotel ha circa 40 camere. Durante tutto il soggiorno le nostre camere non sono state mai pulite, polvere sui comodini, capelli a terra e sanitari li abbiamo dovuti pulire noi. il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto richiamare la signora delle pulizie per farci dare la carta e gli asciugamani mancanti. Essendo in sicilia mi aspettavo una colazione dignitosa, invece vi erano dei cornetti senza vuoti stoppacciosi e qualche marmellata di vari gusti in confezioni monouso,succhi di frutta e thè non di marca, quando andava bene si potevano trovare i piatti per poter poggiare il cornetto se no bisognava anche chiederlo. Per ben due volte ho assistito alle litigate delle due signore addette alle pulizie, che all'ingresso dell'hotel si scambiavano opinioni ad alta voce circa il lavoro che dovevano svolgere nella mattinata (cosa che poi non facevano visto che la camera non ci è mai stata pulita). Il personale dell'Hotel era impreparato ed inesperto rispondendo a volte anche sgarbatamente.L'unica nota positiva è per la struttura che è nuova ma posizionata nel nulla. Sconsiglio questo vivamente questo hotel.
