Welcome to your perfect getaway! This beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed home offers generous space, modern comfort, and entertainment for all ages — perfect for families, groups, or business travelers.

• Main Floor: Bright and open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
• Upper Level: 3 bedrooms (all with plush king beds), 2 bathrooms — including 1 ensuite in the back left bedroom and 1 hall bath.
• Lower Level: 2 bedrooms with king beds, plus a fun arcade lounge area.
• Basement: Fully finished for extra comfort and entertainment space.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.

Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS.
Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine.

Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.

There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you.

Fireplace Notice for Guests
-For safety reasons, the fireplaces in this home are not operational. They are for decorative and photo purposes only and cannot be used.

-Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

-PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners.
There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.
Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
House was so clean and neat. The only complaint was the driveway, stairs, and front stoop were covered in dead leaves. I had to broom it off because I didn’t want people dragging in dead leaves from the outside.
