"Die Häuser der Anlage waren wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit lies allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Weiterhin waren die Grünanlagen in einem katastrophalen ungepflegten Zustand. Wir hatten das Pech direkt ein Haus an den Mülltonnen zu haben. Da ist alle 2 Tage 8 Uhr „Weckzeit“, wenn der Müllwagen kommt. "Der Check-In verlief wie immer super. Hatten schon mehrere Ferienwohnungen im Marissa Ferienpark, aber diese war mit Abstand die „schlechteste“. Der Hottube funktionierte leider nicht, da das Heizelement defekt war. Dies war im Park schon bekannt, wurde und jedoch in kleinster Weise mitgeteilt, sodass wir sehr enttäuscht waren, da wir die Unterkunft nur wegen des Hottubes und der Sauna gebucht haben.
