「Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. But, other parts of the stay were upsetting. The pool was closed the first two days we were there, and this is one reason why we chose this hotel. We brought several families with 5 kids, so not being able to swim in down time put a damper on our stay. We also could never get clean towels. We asked on several occasions, and they kept saying they would bring some. We stayed for 4 nights with 4 people and got 3 new towels the entire stay. The other...

「The property was very clean! Staff was friendly, very professional and prompt. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pool and gym were nice! Continental breakfast remained fully stocked until 9:30a.m. with a great selection of food items.」

「Breakfast had so much variety! Since being home, my phone was missing. I called the front desk, who got housecleaning to check my room. They both responded so quickly and kindly. Phone has been found.」

All in all the breakfast was nit the greatest pancakes worked one day then not the next, alot of sad kids. Bananas brown. Etc. Over all staff up front very friendly and helpful. Also the one's working cleaning rooms very nice. 」
